The Hello and welcome to me in episode 420 of real-life ghost stories, and I have three spooky stories for you today, and the last story comes from the 17th of November 2024.

And story number one comes from Sophia.

I'm a single mum to Davy who is now 23.

My dad was killed in a road accident when Davy was three.

He has a couple of memories of my dad but not many.

Rather than granddad he used to call my dad Goga.

Every year on dad's anniversary my mum likes to go to the site where the accident happened, and we have a little plaque there.

On Dad's second anniversary, myself, Mum, Davy, my sister Nora and brother Simon went to the site.

We said a little prayer and laid some flowers.

It's quite a busy road and Davy seemed to be

getting scared of the noise of traffic passing, so Nora and Simon took him back to the car, which was

parked a few yards up, but within full vision of the site. My mum had brought a cloth and a bottle of

water with her to give the plaque a quick clean. I stayed with her so

didn't witness this, only have Davy and my brother and sister's accounts. They were sitting in the

back seat of the car and Davy was in the middle. When Simon went to get Davy into the booster

seat and tie him in, Davy was turned looking out of the back window of the

car, looking back up at the site, and me and my mum, and according to Simon, had turned as white as a sheet.

He was pointing up, and when Simon asked what he was pointing at, Davy said, look, Goga standing

behind Nana. Nora heard this and immediately started looking. Her and Simon said, Look, Goga's standing behind Nana.

Her and Simon saw nothing, but Davy was adamant.
