Welcome everyone to a new episode of the Jeff Nippard podcast. In this episode, I'm speaking with Dr.

0:04.7

Steffie Cohen. Now, if any of you guys aren't familiar with Steffie, she is a 25-time world record

0:10.2

holding powerlifter. She's one of the best currently doing it. And I wanted to have her on the show

0:15.6

because I think when compared to my other guests, she does land more toward the you need to train harder,

0:22.6

and most people probably aren't pushing it enough to get their best results, when compared

0:27.1

to some of my other guests.

0:28.1

At least that was a point that she really emphasized.

0:30.1

Now, like I've been saying before all of these episodes, this was originally done as just

0:35.2

a sort of compilation video where I wanted to get four or five minutes

0:39.2

from each expert and kind of compile them for a video on my YouTube channel and that YouTube

0:43.6

video is now out. But I found that when I started speaking to each of these guests, it just wasn't

0:49.1

enough to only talk for five or ten minutes. And so what I said I'd do is I just end up releasing

0:53.3

all the full

0:54.4

uncut conversations here on my podcast. Now, I actually really enjoyed this conversation with

0:59.0

Steffi. I think it's important to hear different viewpoints on this topic and come to your

1:04.5

own conclusions. You may notice that we don't necessarily agree on everything. And there are some

1:09.4

points in the podcast where I do push

1:12.1

back a little bit, but I think that that just makes the conversation all the more valuable.

1:17.8

So I think that this is one that you guys are really going to enjoy. I do want to thank Steffi

1:21.3

for coming on and for being patient with me. I know it's taking a little bit longer than I

1:24.7

had anticipated getting all the episodes out. But I've got two more

1:28.3

to go now after this one with Steffie. So the next one will be with Eric Helms, and then the final one
