I'm Psykel at your host, and I think what we'll be focusing on this time is living our

Catholic faith.

I was going to say, you're a Catholic faith, but I share that Catholic faith with you.

And living it in a way that makes a difference in the world, in the lives of other people,

and there's more and more interest these days in things like social justice and lifting

up marginalized communities, the Pope talks about it, everybody talks about it.

It's everywhere in the secular media, in the Catholic media.

And the Catholic church actually has significant and important contributions to make in this

area.

Things that will be helpful to help avoid errors, avoid spinning wheels, avoid even doing

damage when trying to be helpful in the development of all the different areas of the

world, whether it's here in the United States or around the world.

To help us talk about that, we've invited Jim Kavanaugh.

He's the co-founder of Cross-Catholic Outreach, which has a mission to mobilize the global

Catholic church to transform the poor and their communities materially and spiritually for

the glory of Jesus Christ.
