Hello and welcome to choose a five today in the show we have a good friend Jessica from the pioneers and this one is going to be a really interesting episode because I think it's something that impacts

Nearly all of us on the Fai journey.

Jessica came to me and said,

hey Brad, I just recently did a presentation

on the cure for the boring middle.

And I think this would make for a really impactful Choose a Phi episode.

And I was instantly taken by it because this is something I hear from you, our community, all the

time, about, hey, the beginning of my Phi journey, it was so exciting, it was fun.

We had to do all this action and everything now is set and now I'm just waiting and it feels

never-ending and we in the fight community now have termed that the boring middle but it doesn't have to be this waiting game in fact this is arguably the most important part of your whole five journey because this is where you design the life you want to live and I think that's what Jessica is uniquely suited to bring to the show today.

So I think I define it very similar to how you did at the beginning where the beginning of

people's five journey has a lot of energy and excitement, right?
