We were talking about the quarter life crisis sees that we've both had

Kaira kind of expedited hers because she believes she's her own therapist. So we're gonna have to get into that

But we do need to talk about why y'all haven't seen this for a couple weeks

So some of y'all stragglers some of y'all non day ones some of y'all non

People listen to this podcast did not hear that we changed our podcast to a biweekly podcast

In the past I said y'all we're gonna start off weekly and we ain't gonna take no breaks

And if they start getting too hard we're gonna go seasonal, but it's gonna still be weekly hearing that season

And then if it's our getting too hard then we're gonna switch to

biweekly

And then it's gonna be biweekly season on then the podcast is going in this is not one of those things

This was us jumping in front of crazy schedules like we got a lot going on

We got a lot to update you guys on and I feel like if it's not news for two weeks

It's not news anyway, so

I don't want to be talking about stuff that's happening every week. Caitlin you didn't really write you didn't really like the seasonal anyway

Taking extended breaks because it gets you too much out of the habit

Out of like it's like oh it feels weird talking into microphone, but two weeks is like perfect biweekly perfect
