Now, there's a lot happening, right? There's a lot happening in the world. There's a lot

happening in the States. And something that has really been on my mind

is how the incoming administration has been promising to create detention camps and how the state

of Texas has offered over 1,400 acres, 1,400 acres of land in Texas to build those centers.

Day one.

I believe they mean it.

And I'm pretty fucking terrified of it.

Now, that's just one thing that is scary about this incoming administration here in the United States, but it's a big one.

There is no time and no place where detention camps are a just thing. And I personally, I reject the

idea that as spiritual people as people of conscience or people of heart, we should not be

scared of scary things. Yeah, be scared of scary things.

That to me seems like a healthy and appropriate response if something is scary to be frightened.

And I'm not saying we want to linger in the state of fear, but to turn our backs on the realities

...
