Well, here we are again.

It's the first of our bi-weekly for the many podcasts, which are going, well, from now on,

hopefully, anyway. Thanks to everyone who's participated over the last few weeks. I thought

Caroline Flint was brilliant last week. Most of you, not all, but most of you, seem very impressed

by Caroline. Of course, she's an old hand at the podcast.

Today, we have a debutante. We have with us, my old friend, less of the old, she's going to say,
