Summary

Since 2011, Mara and Danny Koefed have been blogging about their positive approach to life, even in the face of the sometimes heartbreaking circumstances life seems to have thrown their way. A Blog About Love stands as a the Koefed’s testimony of the human spirit’s ability to transcend despair and difficulty and view life for the positive, uplifting, even loving experience it can be.

In this two-part series, they talk about their lives in Mormonism, meeting each other, starting the blog and their experiences dealing with issues such as infertility, infidelity, divorce and more, and how they keep a loving attitude through it all.

0:33.7	I'm in Brooklyn, New York City. It's July 2014. I forgot the day. It doesn't matter.
0:42.5	But I'm very very excited to have with us today to semi-local guests.

0:53.9	Mara and Danny Coffett. They're now that you got it.
0:59.6	And I'm excited to have them on Warmer Stories for several reasons. Aside from the fact that
1:06.6	they're delightful to all people, I think their story is interesting for a number of reasons.
1:11.2	And all the members just go to the list them as the hook to make you want to keep listening.
1:17.5	So both of them come from an LDS background and one way or another. We'll learn about that.
1:23.1	But where it gets kind of interesting in terms of topics. Both of them experience divorce in
1:31.7	their kind of let's just say 20s or early 30s. We'll find out the actual ages. But both have been
1:37.6	divorced. And so they're on their second marriage. And that's something that many
1:43.9	LDS people and non-LDS people face. So we're going to talk about that. They've also had fertility
1:53.3	struggles or issues, specifically Mara has. And she's blogged about that somewhat in so as Danny.
2:01.3	We're going to be talking about infertility a little bit, which is an important topic.
2:07.0	And then they're bloggers. And they're not just sort of Mormon bloggers. But they blog.
