Summary

Being a whistleblower is a tough enough endeavor without the added challenges of exposing a government that is running secret mind control programs on a staggering number of victims. MKUltra was a top-secret program that sought to control people’s minds without their knowledge, but there were major problems with the program, both from a moral and scientific standpoint.
