At the end of the day, I've had some success, but you know, as a unit in totality, I think the ultimate goal for us is to win the Super Bowl and we haven't done that yet and I haven't done enough.

So I'm looking forward to this next season. I think, you know, it's an organization. I think we're on the up and the up and up.

I've only been to the playoffs once, so that in itself is disappointing to me and frustrating.

So I've got to turn that around.

As far as what I'm working on,
