A judge says no again to some deportation flights.

A federal judge extended his restraining order until mid-April,

and that blocks the Trump administration from using the 18th century Alien Enemies Act

to deport alleged Venezuelan gang members.

The Justice Department is asking the U.S. Supreme Court to allow deportations of accused

gang members using the Alien Enemies Act.

President Trump invoked the Act after declaring Trinde Aragua a foreign terrorist organization.

Attorneys for some of those individuals deported say they are not gang members and

were denied due process at the White House. Jared Halpern, Fox News. Suspected U.S. airstrikes

pounded Yemen overnight into today. This is the Pentagon acknowledged an earlier bombing of a

major military site controlled by the Iranian-backed Houthi rebels. During his visit to Greenland,

Vice President Vance criticized Denmark for failing to invest in its territory's security. He spoke at

the U.S. Space Force Base on the island. As China and Russia have taken greater and greater interest

in Greenland, in this base, in the activities of the brave Americans right here,

we know that too often our allies in Europe have not kept pace.

Denmark's prime minister called Vance's visit, unacceptable pressure.

And President Trump says it's in America's interest for the U.S. to expand its presence there.

As the president prepares to impose major tariffs next week, he's also considering

tacking levies on foreign drug companies. We'll be announcing it soon, but we have to bring

pharmaceuticals, drugs and pharmaceuticals, back into our country. The president says if drug
