I'm about to spend two weeks every minute of the working day with someone I don't know that well,

and I'm introverted, so how will that go?

with me Alice Sheridan, me Louise Fletcher and today we're

welcoming Louise back who's had a fabulous trip away which I'm really looking

forward to hearing about and that has given us the sort of

framework for what we're going to talk about today which is giving yourself a bit of a creative boost.

How has the week been?

You've only been back two days,

so I'm not sure there's been a week, has there?

So it's a little bit of a blur

of getting back and just a little bit of jet lag, although nothing too bad, but a little bit of just tiredness and a little bit of garden organizing yesterday because while I was away my lovely teenage

neighbor had spent ages weeding all the flower beds and getting everything ready for spring.

So when I came back it looks really nice and it

inspired me to get my pots out for the front and go get some plants for the pots.

Which might be... Hang on, hang on. are you having different weather in Yorkshire

it's been freezing cold and tipping with rain here it's like the least tempting

into the garden weather for spring ever.

Well yesterday we weirdly had a little bit of sun

before the rain came back.

We had a few hours of sun which inspired me to say,
