This is a great question because majority of people assume that successful

entrepreneurs are happy, but I believe happiness is a state of mind and just like any feeling it comes and goes.

Personally, I find the most joy in helping others. It does drain me, but it brings pure happiness. My dogs

bring me happiness and I've been able to create a life that brings moments that bring joy and happiness.

I find that being grateful and expressing gratitude and love in every opportunity I can is a trigger for happiness.

But there are days that I'm not happy and that

stems from the days that I'm overwhelmed

from being an entrepreneur.
