Music Hey, everybody, Dan and Leslie here. Thanks for joining us today. Oh, my goodness. I was on, we were on our little runwalk earlier and I called my mom

and this like breeze came through and I was walking under the shaded trees and I said to her,

it feels like fall. It's like it's the first day of fall. We are officially on the second half

of peak hurricane season here in central Florida, which is always great to make

it past the first half. And we have a hurricane that's potentially going to hit us next weekend. So we'll

see. We'll see how it goes. There is definitely a storm out there that is getting ready to

form that we should definitely watch. So everyone on the Gulf, on the Northern and Eastern Gulf,

wishing you the best this coming week, but happy to be on the downhill slope. So we got about

six weeks of that fun left. And then at the end of that, it will be in November. It will be

pretty consistently cool in the evenings and then starts the most glorious four months of weather one has ever seen here in Florida.

And Dan and I will quickly switch our allegiance from Halloween to Christmas.

One of the best things, like we have a sliding door to our back porch.

And so one of the best things is basically from December through February pretty much because we work from home.

Like we run a travel agency that is home base.

So we open that door pretty much every morning for hours and just let the breeze kind of come in.

It's glorious.
