Is laughter important? Why did God give us the ability to laugh?
Laughter might not be top of mind when it comes to how we live as Christians or how we live in relationship with others, but laughter is a gift God has given to us, and there are many reasons why.
This week, comedian, author and Pastor Ted Cunningham is Juli’s guest, and he explains the health and relational benefits of laughing much and laughing often.
