Hi everyone my name is Annie Rogers and on behalf of the attitude team I am

so pleased to welcome you to today's ADHD experts presentation titled It's About Time, Planning, Prioritizing

and Time Management Solutions for Students. Leading today's presentation is Dr. Sharon Saline.

Dr. Saline is a clinical psychologist, consultants,

international speaker, an award-winning author.

She specializes, excuse me, in working with children, teens,

emerging adults, and families touched by ADHD,

anxiety, learning differences, and more. Her unique

perspective as a sibling in an ADHD home and decades of experience guide her in moving families and adults toward effective communication and closer connection.

During back to school season, it is easy to feel as if time is your family's enemy.

Getting up on time, getting to school on time, getting homework done on time,

carving out time for all of life's obligations. In today's webinar we will discuss how to teach

planning and prioritizing in a way that is realistic and effective for ADHD families.

The idea is simple when kids know how

to assess the amount of time they need for an activity and arranged tasks accordingly.

They develop the independence needed for success at school and at home.
