of course. It's Jim Clementi, retired FBI profiler, former New York City prosecutor, and writer-producer

of criminal minds and Bluebeard. And we also have a very special guest who we've had on a number of

times on Real Crime Profile and always happy to see you.

I'm Bobby Chaconne. I'm a retired FBI agent, investigator, and was the leader of the FBI dive team for 19

years. Well, funny you mentioned that, Bobby, because we brought you on for exactly that experience.

We've been talking about last week.

We were talking about the case of a guy who should have been in Hogwarts.

His name is Ryan Borgwart.

And he actually went out on a kayaking fishing trip on a very calm lake and somehow ended up disappearing.

His kayak was capsized. They found his equipment underwater. They found his car and his license and his wallet, you know, on the shore.

And they had not, nobody's ever seen him again since.

And so they obviously engaged all of the law enforcement and also a,

an organization called Bruce's Legacy.

And it was started by a gentleman whose brother actually died in a canoeing accident.

And he started this organization so that families will be able to have their loved ones who passed away in some kind of water-related accident or death

that they have their loved ones back, you know? So it's a really emotional situation for him.

I'm sure you've dealt with some of that in your career, right? Oh, sure, sure.

You know, mostly, you know, children, when we were curving children,

particularly children that were victims of predators.
