welcome back or welcome if you are new here you have a fun episode today because today we're going to be talking about some of our favorite things these are all of our favorite things right now where we're at in life and what's going on.

before we get into it, but also I want to learn

where the term yap came from.

I'm gonna look that up as Sarah speaks yeah I was

supposed to try to give some background I don't have any I'll give you my

dote though if you are new here we dootes, which is drink of the episode.

Mine is not very exciting, so don't get too excited.

I have water because I am severely dehydrated because this morning I woke up early and I went to take Mochi out and for

some reason I walked outside I put her down and my heart started racing it was like oh that's not good and then my

eye started getting like you know when you stand up too quick and like goes black it was

that but like next level which I've passed out like once before from like dehydration felt like that so I went

inside like freaking out left Mochi out there which is that's when you know it was

bad we really left Mochi out there but she's not going to run away. She would never because she's like immobile right now

But I called my mom. It was like seven name. I was like mom about to pass that you got to go get the dog. It was so bad. I don't know what happened. I guess because I stood up too quick. I needed water. I carried Moji down the stairs like she's heavy dog all of that. It was so bad. So trying to drink water now.

That is crazy and I hope you're doing better now.

I will say that that could be dehydration, but I have always had that problem and I have really bad like iron issues so that could also be a

contributing factor to that like I have really low iron so I've always had had like

I have to look into this I don't know like I always too have had that thing
