We actually, Matt actually kidnapped me on Friday for the afternoon, which was lovely. I always

like to be kidnapped by him. As you probably know, we've been running and gunning. We recently had a book launch, which we hope you got our books. 100 ways to love your husband and 100 ways to love your wife. And 100 words of affirmation every husband needs to hear and 100 words of affirmation every wife needs to hear. And so just saying the kidnapping that took place. That was part of the 100 ways. That's right.

Just so you know, he practiced what he breaches.

That's right.

So yeah, he grabbed me.

I grabbed her.

And the thing is, is that I forget which number that is, but grab your wife regularly, I think.

Okay, if it's not one of those 100, it should be.

Well, it actually is, but I don't think I say grab.

I think it's a much more sophisticated treatment of the subject.

And when I say grab, I just meant he picked me up and we went to one of the local places we

enjoy going and we grabbed a few books that we had and just sat there in red, drank coffee.

Actually, you kind of dozed off a bit.

But that's okay.

Yeah, we went to relax and so I did.
