0:03.0	Today I've got Ivan Valdez from the real life fly fishing shop in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
0:08.8	Ivan, how you doing?
0:09.8	I'm doing great, Jay, how are you today? good. I just did a little fishing earlier today and
0:16.7	our runoff here I'm in kind of central Colorado between Glenwood Springs and
0:22.6	Athon and it's been so cold here.
0:24.7	Our runoff actually hasn't even started.
0:28.0	The rivers have actually cleared back up and
0:31.4	the fishing has been fairly good, been doing some streamer fishing and there's actually
0:37.0	still some blue winged olives coming off on the water today when I was out there.
0:41.0	So kind of weird conditions, were full-blown muddy and
0:45.4	you know the roaring fork and the eagle and the Colorado are really raging but
0:50.6	you know Aston the ski area was open last weekend.
0:54.5	They're actually opening back up this weekend as well.
0:56.9	So, I'm curious to see how your conditions are doing down there in New Mexico.
1:07.4	Oh, we've had some crazy conditions out here as well. You know we definitely have seen a little bit of runoff and you know it's I don't do it yesterday I was
1:17.6	guiding say on the Chalma River and it was snowing on us in the morning so you know a lot of our rivers are and runoff some of
1:25.2	our streams are in great shape and are fishing really good but when I was guiding
1:30.6	the Chama River yesterday it was high but
1:33.6	uh... took us to take this to about twelve o'clock for the fish to start
1:36.6	biting because the air temperatures weren't above thirty eight but
1:39.8	you know what to do it turned on pretty good and we got ourselves some nice fish including a brown of a lifetime for one of our one of our guests
