Thanks, Dave. It's great to be back. Okay, so let's start off and have you tell us about your history reading Harlan Ellison.

So my history reading Harlan Ellison is the same as my history reading just about any science fiction author from his day and age, which is that I was a huge science fiction geek as a kid.

And when I got out on my own, I was reading, you know, living in an apartment, I would,

I would go to these like used bookstores and I would buy paperbacks, old paperbacks that

were kind of dogged and the covers were kind of wrecked.

And I would find authors

that I liked and then I would read more of them. And Harlan Ellison, I found I encountered that

way through reading different anthologies and collections. I don't think I ever read Dangerous

Visions, which is probably going to shock you. But I think the one I read was dreams with sharp teeth,
