Oh, I'm having a hard time talking with Matrae's.

We're talking about dental work today here on the Council of Trent Podcast.

But today, it's free for all Friday, we talk about whatever I want.

I'm going to talk about my teeth.

So it's funny.

I thought about holding off, talking about this until I was finished with the process,

but I do not have delayed gratification.

I do not have the willpower for that.

So I want to talk about it now, at least a little bit.

And I want to talk about some dental myths.

But yeah, so basically long story short, long story short is usually ends up being a really

long story for some people.

I have gone and I now have in visoline to help my teeth.

So normally braces and visoline, that's something you would do when you're a teenager, when

you're a young adult.

When I was a high schooler, I did not get braces.

I didn't get a retainer, didn't eat anything like that.
