Grief today after a medical transport plane crashed in Philadelphia last night,

killing all six people on board, one person on the ground, and injuring at least 19 others,

as the crash had fired a cars and houses.

Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro.

Saw carnage in their communities.

Saw fuselage, saw destruction, and saw things that no one should ever have to experience in their neighborhoods.

The plane set houses in cars on fire, as we said.

More in the investigation into Wednesday's collision

between an Army helicopter and a passenger jet approaching Reagan National Airport in D.C.

Fox's Grady Trimble tells us that both flight recorders have been recovered.

The black box from the helicopter in particular will be critical in this investigation,

because if that helicopter

was in fact flying higher than it should have been, the investigators will be able to use

that black box to tell. The NTSB is not responding to President Trump's comments that

DEI hiring of air traffic controllers during the Biden administration played a role in the crash,

but it does tell us it's interviewing the air traffic controllers who were working at the time

of Wednesday's mid-air collision. The NTSB has begun removing debris from the Potomac River.

The collision killed all 67 people on board both aircraft. Reportedly one air traffic controller was doing the work of two people, which is allowed in that instance.

President Trump has fired a darling of advocates for financial fairness.
