Which is wild because it's absolutely flown!
Alba's giggled for the first time and sitting up by herself, all while I'm trying to learn to use my ab muscles again after not having to for 9 months!
I've also got some workout tips for new mums if you're interested.
Plus I've been absolutely hooked to Australian Married at First Sight, so we're going to talk about my faves, who I want to stay together and who I'm not liking!
