hey what's going on guys welcome to another episode of the Fullerton Unfiltered Podcast.

It is your host Brian Fullerton here, hanging with you guys and good morning.

Well today I wanted to talk a little bit about real life stuff that we are going through right now. We are plowing snow, making that no, finally making it happen. We got some pretty good snow over the weekend on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday up here in Michigan.

Doesn't seem like the system is really turned off that much.

We've been getting a little bit of Clipper systems coming through and, you know, just

some banding, a little quarter inch half inch stuff on Tuesday on Monday

nothing too too crazy but definitely a wild wind chill and it has been

blisterly blissfully blissfully blustfully

whatever the word is it's been very freaking cold folks okay it's been really

really cold here and what we're actually doing on today's podcast I wanted to

go through I'm gonna pull up my note sheet here,

I talk to you guys for just a little bit about some back and forth, some Q&A,

and then also just some conversation about customer expectations for snow plowing and snow removal

and just a little debrief even over the snowstorm

and how we handled a couple situations.

A lot of you guys have been dealing with the snowstorm before ours that cut through the Midwest to the New England states, the northeast, and then this one was a wallet for the Midwest, Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, so on and so forth.

So it's been a really interesting snowstorm
