The percentage of homes that were modularly built compared to site built,

the number of modular homes peaked in around 68, 69, 70, over 50 years ago. And it has been diminishing. Now, it's been going

up a little bit. It hasn't reached the level that it did in that period of time. I don't know

what the trigger worked back then, whether it was a labor

shortage or they had reached that cost efficiency. Modulars still do not make up a big percentage
