Well, here we are again. Almost Thanksgiving. Christopher Ryan, that's me.

I'm thankful.

What are you thankful for?

I'm thankful for so much.

You know, when I was young,

when I was really young, like a teenager, I was angry.

That was, you know, 16, 17, maybe 15, I don't know, in that zone, I was pretty pissed off.

Because I was figuring out what the deal was,

and it looked like a pretty raw deal.

I was getting a sense of the injustice that permeates our little world,

the hypocrisy, you know, the people preaching good Christian values

and not exemplifying any of those values in their own lives, the, you know, nonsense around... you know, like, I believed that it was illegal for companies to lie.

So, and I think most kids do, right?

So I remember thinking like, well, you know, I guess whatever, granola bars are really healthy because

they say they're healthy. So they, you know, they wouldn't say it if it weren't true.

And at some point, I started to realize like, no, they'll say anything. They don't give a shit

about me. They don't give a shit about me.

They don't give a shit about anybody.
