Now, today is another continuation of realizing the change that you're able to have within

yourself. So this show has always anchored itself within health, fitness, wellness, but

the major component of all of this is your mindset into any situation, right? If you can

develop the right kind of mindset, if you're able to change your mindset and improve

its strength, its resilience, its perception of situation, of stress, and how you can

look and project into your future, then that is a very empowering thing. And if you want

to self-lead a lot of change in your life, then you have to be willing to delve in to all

the, you know, the nooks and crannies of your mindset and look to develop it. And that

is going to be the crux of today's conversation and the guests I have on today's show.

Now today's guest very much coins herself as a behavior expert, a behavior change expert,

I should say. And I'm initially excited to get under that kind of phrase because I feel

it's a phrase that's almost, it's kind of loaded. People sort of see the phrase and

don't really resonate with it. It's not something that's, you know, loads of a sort of seek,

but we potentially know we have to do it to lead the change that we want to change.
