Yeah. Yeah. Oh my gosh, we got to get right to it because we have an action-packed show today.

Mike, what are you been doing? Crawling around in a crawl space. Oh, getting one of my last of my rental properties ready for sale and a crawl space area under a three-season porch had been insulated with some fiberglass up in the floor joists.

So I had to shimmy through a 13 by 16 inch hole in the floor down to an 18

inch high crawl space. And all that insulation had fallen and been just ripped apart by chipmunks

and mice. So yeah, you can imagine how delightful that project was. You have to take that seriously in wearing a respirator, right?

You can make yourself really sick.

What did you do?

Oh, I got about maybe 20 suggestions to that when I posted on my Instagram that what I was doing,

and I just had an N95 on.

But as you know, if you have a beard, what's the point of putting even a halfway decent
