Brazil, Dubai, Bali, Australia, California, Miami, London, Scandinavia.

So let me just lay it out for you here.

I can save you a lot of time and a lot of money because I've tried, tested,

lived in these cities, spent millions of dollars traveling. And honestly, I think the number one

subject that I totally disagree with 99%, even people I respect normally, is their opinions on

travel. I don't know what it is about most people's advice on cities and travel. I just think

it's horrible advice. Like, I'm talking about people. I really respect every other subject.

Then I start hearing them talk about the best places to live and I'm like, you know nothing.

So I know that sounds cocky, but first off, in order to really answer this, what are you optimizing

for? So for example, like I have lived in the last five, 10 years to really answer this, what are you optimizing for?

So, for example, like I have lived in the last five, ten years, I've lived in, you know, California, London, my farms.

By the way, I'll talk about farms for a second.

If you're optimizing for peace and happiness, farms is like very high on the list.

And so there's a different place.

In general, you should have two or three homes that you rotate through with all your stuff already set up in them.

I'm in Stockholm, Sweden, right now I'm at the Grand Hotel.

I rarely stay at hotels because I mostly go to cities

where I have completely set up so like anytime I order a shirt my assistant team I have like a concierge
