This is the Bayma podcast with Marty Solomon. I'm his GoHos Brent Billings. Today we will

read through the prophecy of Hageye and find that the real issues rarely change past,

present, or future.

Yep. We're wrapping up the last section of the prophets and coming down the home stretch

of Bayma podcast session two. Got a handful more. We've been in the remnant section for some time

of our prophet diagram and we've looked at which prophets have we looked at in the remnant already

Brent. Oh, I have no idea. We did things out of order and I was like, wait a minute, we started

the remnant right? We did four thizaea. We did four thizaea. That's a remnant. We did

Ezra Niyamayah. We've done Ezra Niyamayah. Is that it? That's it. Okay. So far so good. I'm not as

mixed up as I thought. Nope. You're not tracking right along with us. So yeah, we've walked through

the first few. And really Ezra Niyamayah, we treated as and Jewish perspectives. These are

one real volumes. We've walked through the first couple remnant voices. And so we're going to

walk through Hageye. And still Hageye shows up in the same period of time as the people of God's

struggle to rebuild under the pressures of what we talked about, you know, Persia letting them go

back home and trying to rebuild in the midst of that. It's not easy. Does this book have a particular

setting within the country of Israel? Oh, like geographically. Yeah. Well, it's definitely

centered in Jerusalem because the critique is going to be about needing to build the Lord's house

and reference to the temple. So we're definitely going to see it not as the remnant left behind in

Persia, but this is definitely the remnant that has returned back home under. So Rubibel and Ezra

and Niyamayah and those voices we looked at in the last last podcast. So it was a Rubibel in

particular. He was one we didn't talk about a whole lot. We just focused on Ezra and Niyamayah.

But it's a Rubibel. Get some help in this time period from a couple prophetic friends.
