something that that is a pattern that is historical for me and it's, how will relate to this, it's a way of when we feel cornered or overwhelmed in our lives, it's just a fleeting thought of, oh, there's always that exit door.

I may be experiencing them several days a week, some weeks, every day, but the really important thing,
