Today we hear the message of Malachi seeing how he utilizes a question and answer format

to prophetically speak to the people of God. Here we are at Malachi.

0:20.4

We've got one more book after this. You could call this maybe the last of our prophetic

0:23.9

voices. We've got the book of Esther still to come. Not considered a prophetic voice in Jewish

0:31.2

thought or our Gentile Bibles. But Malachi, we have a listener that's been waiting for us to get

1:46.1

disappointed that things didn't turn out the way they had dreamed. Like you can imagine being the

1:50.1

people who've got coming back from Persia and you have like all these great aspirations. Like,

1:57.2

not trying to be too clever here, but you're going to make Jerusalem great again. Like you're going

2:01.2

to go back, you're going to rebuild everything, right? Are you sure you don't want to go back and say

2:06.4
