The biggest problem with hiring in the modern world, people are so detached from reality.

People did not grow up on farms.

They grew up.

Modern society is in a death grip, honestly, because people didn't grow up on a farm.

On a farm, if they say, hey, go feed the cows and you are not a perfectionist,

you'll do one time when you're like six years old, you'll go open the gate,

walk in the field, leave some hay, walk out.

If one time you leave the gate open and 500 cows get out on the road,

oh, that would be the last mistake like that in your entire life.

At age six, you will learn the lesson that locks you in to high income for life.

But because everybody has complete, parents have chores for kids that are just artificial shit.

If you read two books, you get a dollar.

Like just bullshit stuff like that,

which you shouldn't even incentivize your kids.

You shouldn't pay your kids for things that are in their best interest.

That's reverse engineering their brain backwards.

You know?

It's like, so we have artificial environments with zero kind of repercussions.

If you don't read your book, your life doesn't unravel.

So when I hire people, I mean, I was thinking about this other day.
