The Republican spending plan would extend government funding for another three months and provide more than $100 billion in hurricane disaster relief.

But it would also suspend the U.S. debt

limit for two years. The laying of potential default this upcoming summer, that issue emerged

as a key to man from President-elect Trump this week, derailing a previous agreement between House

In Washington, the bill does not include a provision to transfer the land.

The NFL's Washington commanders were hoping to have the land available as an option to build a new stadium.

On social media, President-elect Trump called the proposal a very good deal.
