Before we get started, I just wanted to share with you some incredible news.

I'm still on a high,

to be honest. But last night, our podcast won Best Education Podcast, the Podcasting for Business

Awards 2022. And really, I just wanted to say a big thank you to all of you, our community,

for continually supporting the podcast,

listening each week. I get some incredible messages from you. I really do, which touch my heart.

I always try and reply to each and everyone as well. And it just means the world that this

podcast is really helping you see that you're not alone.

You know, that was one of the main reasons of starting a podcast that you could listen to

this when you're walking, maybe driving in your car, wherever you are so that you know that it is

not your fault because it isn't. And it's really interesting. I've had some chats with people

this week about asking me about podcasting actually and saying, how do you do that when you're just

on your own and doing the podcast as like monologues? And I say, well, I sit here at my desk,

which is exactly where I am now. I have my microphone in front of me, just as it is. And I

always imagine my microphone is one of you,

that I'm talking literally direct to you. And even as I'm doing this right now, I'm smiling,

my hands are going everywhere, because I really feel like I'm connecting directly with you
