What to do with your first one million profit?

You making money online?

You gotta know what to do once you make profit.

I remember making my first million in profit and being like,

whoa, first of all, taxes.

That all surprised you.

You ain't making money until you send the IRS a big check.

For those you're not American,

may that never happen to you.

But anyway, there's just three things that I would do.

Big picture, and I'll show you with a pie chart, how to allocate it.

For me, farms, number two, offshore.

So let me explain.

I call this the 60, 30, 10, three buckets.

This is mine, you can replace yours yours so I'm gonna put a small

sliver into one thing that's 10% I'm gonna put a slightly larger amount 30% and

then this is my 60% so you make your first million profit after you pay taxes, depending on what country you're in.

For me, I'm going to put 30% of it into farmland. You might say why farms? Well, what are the richest

people in the world doing right now? There's a lesson there. Bill Gates owns like 0.01% of all the farmland in the
