On the evening of November 4, 2015, 20-year-old Shelby Thornburg made arrangements to meet a man at her high-rise apartment in Houston, Texas.

The man was scheduled to arrive around 8.30 p.m., and by 10 p.m., Shelby was discovered, viciously murdered.

Police began an immediate investigation, but despite viewing the suspect in the lobby,

entering and exiting around the time of the murder on surveillance, the man's identity remains a mystery.

It's been over nine years since Shelby was murdered, and her sister and law

Okay, so this case is going to be very similar to last week's case.

Just like Trudy Appleby, there was evidence in the investigation that you would think would

lead to an arrest.

And yet here we are over nine years later, and we still don't have anyone being

held accountable for what happened to Shelby. So there's going to be some things that we go over,
