No immediate ruling. I'm Lisa Lissera Fox News. The judge in the

Georgia election interference case against former President Trump expected in

the next two weeks to decide on whether disqualify the prosecutor who brought the case.

An issue is whether to remove Fulton County DA Fawnee Willis from former President Trump's

election interference case for hiring a prosecutor with whom she had

allegedly been having an affair. Judge Scott McAfee heard closing arguments

from John Merchant, the attorney for one of the former president's co-defendants.

She is supposed to be disinterested under the Sixth

Amendment and she's anything but that. As well as state prosecutor Adam Abadi who

represented Willis and criticized the line of questioning about the DA's

romantic and financial relationship with Nathan Wade.

Whether that money that changed hands had any financial benefit or gain to the district

attorney, that is all speculation and conjecture.

Former President Trump and his co-defendants are accused in a plot to overturn the

2020 election results in Georgia.
