used his personal email for government communications, Fox News has confirmed. Mike Waltz also used

Gmail for some official business. The way that they're explaining it to us is that he received calendar

invites from people they referred to as legacy contacts, people that he knew beforehand,

but they insist that he always ced government accounts for records keeping purposes.

And they are telling us that he never did and never would transmit classified information on his personal account or any unsecured platform.

Fox is Peter Deucey at the White House National Security Council spokesman Brian Hughes in a statement said this is the latest attempt to distract the American people from President Trump's successful national security agenda that's protecting our nation.

It's coming just a week after it was learned the top national security officials used the

app signals to communicate about an attack on the Houthis in Yemen and inadvertently added a reporter.

Waltz took full responsibility for that incident. New Jersey Democratic Senator Cory Booker now in his 24th

hour of speaking on the Senate floor, he began at 7 p.m. last night, saying he wanted to draw attention

to the cuts to federal agencies by the Trump administration and the Department of Government

Efficiency. When is it enough? When they came after journalists, when they came after colleges, universities, research and science?

The administration says the American people voted for President Trump to get rid of what it calls waste, fraud, and abuse in federal government.

What Booker is doing is not considered a filibuster because he's not holding up any Senate business.

Special elections today in Florida for the two congressional seats previously held by Mike Walt and Matt Gates.

Republicans are expected to hold the seats.
