More rumbling in the northeast. Steinle Silasara, Fox News, another aftershock

felt in New York, New Jersey, in Connecticut after this morning's earthquake.

The aftershocks centered in Gladstone, New Jersey, with a magnitude of 4.0,

just hours after the earthquake was dealt in 14 states.

At least 42 million people felt the ground shake during this quake and we know it was a 4.8 magnitude

earthquake.

Thankfully, no major damage reported yet.

This earthquake is remarkable though because this was the strongest

quake to shake the New York City area in 139 years and the strongest within

New Jersey's borders in 240 years.

Fox is Alexic McAdams in New York City, flies to the major airports in New York,

Newark, New Jersey and Baltimore were held while officials inspected runways for cracks.

There were no reports of major damage or injuries. The Israeli military

says it has dismissed two officers and reprimanded three others for the

roles and drone strikes in Gaza that killed seven aid workers. They say an investigation has found the

officers mishandled critical information and violated the Army's rules of

engagement. It's coming in one day after President Biden in a phone call with

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu

said Israel has to do more to protect civilians and allow aid into Gaza.

We have tens of thousands of dead and injured Palestinians.

Now some of them are Hamas, no question about that.

But the toll's just been too high.
