What Montgomery County, Maryland public school parents say they have a religious right to opt-out students from storybooks about LGBTQ plus issues.

There is a burden that it was imposed with animosity and that it's discriminating against

our clients because of their religious beliefs.

Eric Baxter says his clients subject only to those books being read in the classroom.

Justice Katanji Brown Jackson asked how far opt-outs should go.

What if we have a teacher who is gay and has a photo of a wedding on her desk, is a parent, able,

or could they opt-out of having their student be in that classroom?

The school districts, as opt-outs are disruptive to the classroom.

McCarrie says artificial ingredients are linked to health issues in children.
