South Korea is getting close, but an agreement with China is still elusive. Treasury Secretary

Scott Besson touting progress so far. We may be moving faster than I thought, and we will be talking technical terms as early as next

week as we reach an agreement on understanding as soon as next week. So South Koreans came

early. They came with their A-game. But any deal with China appears far off for now. The president

says the U.S. is talking with Chinese officials,

but declined to say who. Fox's Mark Meredith, Chinese officials deny there have been any talks.

Another departure at the Department of Defense. Defense Secretary Pete Higgs says chief of staff,

Joe Casper, is leaving the Pentagon, one of several DOD officials to exit the department in the past week after a leak

investigation. That's according to Politico. And this leak investigation was focused on who leaked

that Elon Musk was getting a classified briefing on China.

Fox is Rich Edson at the White House. There's also a report that Hegset had an internet connection

that bypassed the Pentagon security protocols

sent up in his office to use the signal messaging app on a personal computer. That's according

to the Associated Press. Seven consecutive life sentences for Robert Crembo the third, the man who

healing, like real closure, because he is not ever going to walk free again.
