If you're feeling like you already fell off track with your goals for 2025… first of all, take a deep breath. You are NOT alone. And second—let’s reframe this, because falling off track doesn’t mean failure.

If you’re thinking, Ugh, I blew it. I’ll try again next year, I need you to stop right there. Your goals don’t have an expiration date, and just because you lost momentum doesn’t mean you have to quit.
