Hey, everybody. guess who's back with me in the studio?

Hey, it's good to be back.

Good to have you back, babe.

So, as many of you know, Dad had been on hospice care and really in his last days.

And then over the course of the week, we got to say

goodbye to Dad and he has gone to glory. We loved him. He loved the Lord. And it was a big week for

our family, though, wasn't it, babe? Yeah, it really was. We all walked through it together. Our

older kids were far away but they uh checked in

each day and then our younger kids who are all teenagers at home and they really wanted to be a part

of saying goodbye to grandpa and so because he lives on the same property with us they were able to

spend a lot of time a lot of that consisted of just sitting there holding his hand while he slept or was kind of semi-unconscious. And then there are times where we had to,

Matt had to change his linens or, you know, help him with some of those kinds of care. And

the boy said, we really want to be apart so they would hold up, lift up grandpa so that he could get fresh things on.

And it was actually a very sweet, sad, but a sweet time as well. And they really felt the boys had
