Happy Awaken Wednesday. We've got a fabulous episode today with my guest Aubrey Marcus and

before we get into it I want to acknowledge that this episode was recorded a week or two ago,

a couple weeks ago, and it is certainly before the recent tragedies.

So I just want to give my my shout out and say you know

man my my love my condolences to George Floyd his his family, and honestly everyone who's ever been affected by racism.

I, by no means do I support violence or destruction of property.

Yeah, what I do support is people speaking their voices and people banding together

to demand that this issue is seen and addressed.

And man, I even, I support anger.

I really do.

I think anger is passion for what's right according to us.

And of course there's healthy expressions of anger

and then there can be destructive anger

and of course the healthy anger that represents what we want rather

than the anger that embodies what we're against where you know we we use violence to fight violence so anyway my my heart goes out to everyone

affected and I know it's just a it's a heavy time and with that said let's get into a different realm here.
