And then she was like, well, your vice president said you would and he's like,

I don't really talk to JD about this.

He says a lot of things.

He was like, I don't know, I never talked to you about this issue.

Yeah.

I think you're thinking of a different guy.

You're not the guy from before with the beard and the tie, right? That was, well that was also great because he, he just can't stop, this was a real thing that jumped out at me again. I sort of was out of shape on Trump stuff loves to say millions

really loves to say billions but he simply cannot resist like saying that he did

some big thing with a number attached to it and so the idea of this

is sort of like this policy that everyone hates that is going to lose you

this election as likely as anything else he has to be like 52 years they couldn't't solve it. You know, 52 years is a pretty long time.

And they're like, just can't, if like a number is in there, he's gonna just polish that number to

the little shines like the fucking Super Bowl trophy and then be like I did that.

This was a recurring problem that I noticed with Trump where he was in this rhetorical or

psychological trap where on one side there is his impulse

to like take credit for like anything big,

anything monumental that will be in the history books.

But on the other side, he remembers that he's running for president

and no longer in the Republican primary and he has to appeal to people who don't

spend 19 hours a day on like QAnon group. Yeah just so is yeah so he'll yeah he'll do things like this where he's like

hey they couldn't solve for 54 years I changed it completely everything's different now

but also it's like the same as it was before.
