Has it changed your perception of the Beatles at all?

Well, I don't want to go into that tired cliche, but it changed my perception of how

that album came about. Because obviously, if you

watch the Lindsay Hogg, let it be, which I have when I was a lot younger, you're led to

believe that it was just this thoroughly miserable existence. And, you know, the beginning of it is,

when they're in Twickenham, it is, you can feel the palpable misery. But once they get to

Saville Row and then, of course, what happens in this episode

we're going to talk about, someone turns up, you can then feel the palpable joy,

which is missing from the Lindsay Hogg film.

And I know he didn't have the luxury of having, what, six or seven hours of footage to show.
