I hope everybody had a nice, maybe short week

because Monday you had off for Memorial Day.

I know that a lot of us are looking forward to our summer plans

and when I bring on my co-host today, Megan Gorman,

we're gonna talk a little bit about how to not put our finances on vacation. I don't know about you but my

summer can be pretty pricey, right, between the activities for my kids because now they're out of

school and they're in all the activities and camps and what have you and of course

there's always a vacation or two and a lot more eating out potentially because the weather is beautiful

you just want to get out of the house.

But that typically means a big cost over the next few months.

So important to maybe remind us all

how to just make sure that if we do have financial goals that we

set at least in the beginning of the year whether it was to get out of debt, invest

more for retirement, plan for the future that we can still stay on track with those longer-term goals as we manage
