The death toll in Russia rising I'm Jane Fergus Fox News. The number of people

killed in the terror attack at a concert hall in Moscow is now 133 with more than a hundred injured.

The head of Russia's Federal Security Service told Russian President Vladimir Putin

that 11 people have been detained for the attack, four of them

believed to have taken part in it directly. Witnesses say a group of assailants burst

into a large concert hall in Moscow yesterday and began firing into the crowd.

The attack left the concert hall in flames with a collapsing roof.

U.S. officials confirming the ISIS affiliate in Afghanistan is responsible for the terrorist

attack. The U.S. shared information with Russia in early March about a planned terrorist attack

in Moscow and issued a public warning to Americans in Russia.

President Biden signing a $1.2 trillion spending bill to keep the federal government

funded for the next six months after the Senate passed it last federal government

Riley Act. Any changes though would have sent this bill back to the house. So

no shutdown but conservatives, especially those in the house, aren't happy with how the vote went down in their chamber.
